What We Provide for Veterans
If a medical need requires that a family member (not a spouse or significant other), aged 18–75 and in good health, serve as your guardian, please include their contact information on the application. That family member must also complete a Guardian Application for consideration.

- A trained Queen City Honor Flight Guardian who will accompany and assist you throughout the day, ensuring a safe and memorable experience
